Dispatch time
Orders placed on Your Better Home are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address, and are shown before you complete payment.
Serviceable locations
We ship across India through third-party courier partners. If a pin code is not serviceable, this will be flagged at checkout before you place the order.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS, so you can follow the order to your doorstep.
Delayed or lost shipments
